"I’m not running to be a career politician. I’m running because I’ve spent my life creating opportunities."

A MESSAGE FROM UNCLE LUKE

The Legacy Of A First Amendment Icon

Long before I ever considered running for office, I was already doing the work. From mentoring young athletes and helping hundreds of kids earn college opportunities, to building businesses that created jobs, to fighting for free speech all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States. My life has always been about standing up for my community and opening doors for others.

I didn’t grow up with privilege. I grew up in Miami, raised by a Bahamian mother and a Jamaican father, in neighborhoods where opportunity didn’t come easy. But I learned early that when we come together, invest in our communities, and refuse to accept limitations placed on us, we can change our future.

That’s the same mindset I’m bringing to Florida’s Congressional District 20.

Throughout my career, I’ve created opportunities through Luke Records, mentored young athletes who went on to become NFL players, and helped secure millions of dollars in investments for parks, youth facilities, and community programs across Miami. Those experiences taught me something important: real leadership is about creating opportunity.

My focus for District 20 is clear.

THE POLICY PLATFORM

WHERE I STAND

AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND INSURANCE REFORM

We will build affordable housing so teachers, nurses, veterans, and working families can afford to live in the communities they serve and stop gentrification. Insurance companies are driving families out of their homes. We must hold them accountable and fight for relief for Florida homeowners.

SMALL BUSINESS LOANS AND FEDERAL INVESTMENT

Small businesses are the backbone of our communities.
I will push for federal small business grants and loans, expand access to capital for minority entrepreneurs, and support programs that help local businesses grow and hire locally.

JOB CREATION AND PORT EXPANSION

Expanding our ports will create thousands of jobs in shipping, logistics, transportation, and international trade while strengthening South Florida’s economy. Ports should create jobs for the people who live around them.

YOUTH OPPORTUNITY AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION

We must prepare the next generation for the modern workforce. I will fight for federal investment in trade schools, technology training, and workforce programs so our young people can build careers without being forced to leave their communities.

SENIORS AND VETERANS ASSISTANCE

I will work to protect Medicare and Medicaid while expanding services and housing support for seniors and veterans. Our seniors and veterans deserve dignity and security.

Embracing the Future: Blockchain & Crypto in South Florida

Technology should work for everyone, which is why I am committed to making South Florida a global leader in the blockchain and cryptocurrency revolution. We can break down the barriers of traditional banking and provide our community with low-cost ways to save, invest, and send money abroad.
